Clicking the crash loop back-off status indicator in the cluster dashboard sends you to this path:

/k8s/all-namespaces/pods?rowFilter-pod-status=CrashLoopBackOff%2CFailed

The filters appear to be active in the toolbar, but the table contents aren't filtered. I see also that the query parameters get removed from the URL.

This might be a regression from https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/8829

is it the same issue with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2005179 ?
