Description of problem:

The nodes are experiencing excessively high CPU utilization. Typically Prometheus and elasticsearch containers are consuming too much memory 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6.40 and higher,
Similar problems are seen with version 4.7.21+ , where Cpu and memory are excessively utilized without any clear evidences

Actual results:

Nodes having a very high CPU/Memory usage

Expected results:

Nodes to run properly
