This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

After upgrading from subscription-manager-1.28.21-3.el8 to subscription-manager-1.28.22-1.git.12.9b6a6ec.el8 (a CI build targeted for rhel-8.6), the rhn-migrate-classic-to-rhsm tool fails as shown below.
