Description Michael Catanzaro 2021-10-15 17:55:39 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1991075 +++

It seems https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/merge_requests/853 is present in RHEL 8.5 and 8.6, so likely GNetworkMonitor is broken.

For 8.6, let's be practical and fix this by updating GLib.

For 8.5, I'm not sure. I'd rather not update GLib again here unless we really need to. Will CC NetworkManager developers for opinions.
