Scap Content Page redirects to Satellite documentation instead of  Scap Content

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Hosts > SCAP Content > Documentation

Actual results:
Redirects to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.10/html/administering_red_hat_satellite .

Expected results:
There is a 6.9 link which is better suited here.
