Description of problem:

PowerMax Driver - Fix for create snapshot
Payload response change from REST means that the
Device Label no longer exists in the format expected and
causes an IndexError exception. This is the case in PowerMaxOS
5978.711 and later.

How reproducible:
Have microcode 5978.711.711 on your PowerMax array. 
Try to create a snapshot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install microcode 5978.711.711 on array (this is currently the latest PowerMax OS)
2. Create a snapshot in OpenStack

Index Error


Expected results:
Successful snapshot operation
