Description of problem:
Changing any configuration in 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
389-ds-base-2.0.10-1.module+el9dsrv+12668+daa4c88c.x86_64
cockpit-389-ds-2.0.10-1.module+el9dsrv+12668+daa4c88c.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Database tab -> Click Global Database Configuration
2. Change value of Database Look Though Limit
3. Click Save config


Actual results:
There is no message indicating that the configuration was saved for Global Database Configuration.
However when I change something in Database Cache Settings or Import Cache Settings there is "Successfully updated database configuration. You must restart the Directory Server for these changes to take effect." message displayed.

Expected results:
Message is displayed also for Global Database Configuration.
