Description of problem:
Current documentation [0] for OVN migration includes a command for saving the output of the ovn_migration.sh script on a file:


$ ovn_migration.sh start-migration  | sudo tee -a /var/log/ovn_migration_output.txt

This could be done directly using the Ansible Playbook configuration. Like that, we ensure the person always gets their output saved without the need of the tee command.

Verified on RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20220304.n.2 with python3-networking-ovn-migration-tool-7.4.2-2.20220113214853.el8ost.noarch.rpm.
Verified that ansible log is save to $HOME/ovn_migration_ansible.log
