Created attachment 1834612 [details] selection from ellipsis menu is hard Description of problem: Selecting an item from the ellipsis menu (for e.g. 'Edit labels' 'Edit annotations' etc.,) is hard as the pop-up menu not waiting till user selection. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-16-173656 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into OCP and change language to ja_JP, zh_CN or ko_KR 2. Navigate to Home - Search - Resource - APIRequestCounts 3. Click on ellipsis menu, the pop-up menu not waiting till user selection thus making it hard to select an item from the menu. Actual results: Pop-up menu not waiting till user selection. Expected results: Should wait till user selection. Additional info: Screencast attached for reference.
