Select Release 4.10 and Network ovn, scroll down to "Mean Disruption by Platform for openshift-api-reused"

GCP is showing 25-75s on average.

For comparison AWS is ~10s and Azure ~0s.

@dgoodwin , wondering how this could be related to my comments here:

It seems that something has calmed down some disruption issues in the past few weeks. I wish I knew
more about what it was to have a smarter comment. do we close this?

Seemingly around Dec 17th... that is very unusual. 

Yes I do believe we close but we'll need to keep an eye on it.
