In section 2.4, the Fedora mirror page link is pointing to the FDP Site at 
http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/docs/. It should be:

http://fedora.redhat.com/Download/mirrors.html

projects/docs is the old page with old content. *sigh*

http://fedora.redhat.com/About/Projects/docs.html is the new page.

We've put off doing real fixes here until we have a CMS to point at instead. 
Perhaps we should just make many manual "click here to redirect" pages.

But the text is saying about the mirror page in the Main Project's site. I 
assume that Main Project means the Fedora Project, so the main project's 
mirror site would be http://fedora.redhat.com/Download/mirrors.html and not 
the main docs project site :-)

Am I wrong?

I understand about updating until the CMS, so let's keep track with open bugs 
here anyway.

Sorry, I read this as a Webpage bug report; didn't notice the component was
'mirror-tutorial'. :)
