Namespace dropdown has an inline width that shouldn't be applied. This is because NamespaceMenuToggle uses <Popper> component. When https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/10221 is merged it has an update that will cause the inline width to have precedence and cause the dropdown menu to be very thin when a short project name is selected.
