Moving this to ON_QA in the interest of time and updating the QA contact to Debarati, who reviewed the original docs that this bug impacts. Debarati reviewed the PR for the release note, which I have now merged (thank you!). QE review of the doc changes is now underway. I am still open to feedback from Simone and/or others, of course :)
