Description of problem:
Under virtual machine details screen, there is a ssh command field, the field shows the VM's IP address as "undefined"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.8.2

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new VM from a template
2. Go to Workloads -> Virtualization -> Virtual Machines tab
3. Select the newly created VM.
4. Go to "Details" tab -> ssh command field (screenshot is attached).

Actual results:
"ssh cloud-user@undefined -p 32129"

Expected results:
ssh cloud-user@<IP address> -p <port>"

Didn't see this problem before and could not reproduce it on QE's cluster.

Guohua, can you please try on a VM without an IP? (Perhaps by creating it without a network interface?), if the problem reproduces we just need to not display the SSH link for a VM without an IP

Could reproduce the problem when logged in with normal user.

Note:
None admin user does not know the cluster IP address, it's intentional.
We can't allow a user to get the cluster URL, a user that does not have permissions to get the cluster URL via the UI,
will fall back to a helpful hint "<CLUSTER_URL>" and will acquire in the IP/URL from a different source.
