Description of problem:

We're currently missing the downstream ztp-site-generate-rhel8 4.9 container image build of  https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/openshift4/ztp-site-generate-rhel8 so the only option to test is by building the container image from https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/tree/release-4.9/ztp/resource-generator

OCP 4.9.6 is installed successfully using registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/openshift4-ztp-site-generate:v4.9.0-1.
It also looks to have latest 4.9 content with operator channels default to 4.9.

resolution of ERRATA.
