Based on the information from anitya: https://release-monitoring.org/project/232764/
This release fixes 2 security bugs (CVE-2021-22563 and CVE-2021-22564), so I can recommend updating to this release. Updating would also help for libvips 8.12, which has raised the minimum libjxl version to 0.6. /cc @fedora since the vips RPM on remirepo was recently built against libjxl.
