Description of problem:

For a RHV VM with Console: USB enabled (set in Edit VM) 
a Critical validation concern is displayed: 
"USB support enabled: The VM has USB support enabled, but USB devices are not currently supported by OpenShift Virtualization. 
The VM will not be migrated."

However the VM is migrated successfully (expected behavior)

Please change the validation message, and severity to “Warning" to match the actual migration behavior
