Description of problem:
MTV migration from RHV: When adding/removing a host device 
(by clicking once on the VM in RHV VMs list page, and in the bottom clicking on the "host device" tab),
the expected validation concern is not displayed.

If using a "hack" of changing the VM display type, to any other type,
the host device validation concern will be displayed.       

Refresh issue. When a host device (of any type) is added/removed to a RHV VM a validation concern is not displayed.
I used a :hack" to make it displayed:
If the VM display type is changed to VNC/SPICE, the host device validation concerns will be displayed.

I've tentatively targeted this BZ to 2.2.0, but we may not have enough time to fix it.
If it shifts to 2.3.0, we'll need to document this issue and provide a workaround for 2.2.0.
