Description of problem: nfs-utils 1.0.6 in RHEL4 does not allow specification for an HA callout program, which is required for NFS lock failover. Proposed patch against nfslock.init (the one included as a 'source' file in the source RPM, not nfs-utils-1.0.6/etc/redhat/nfslock.init) attached.
