Description of the problem:

There is no upgrade path from in OLM gatekeeper-operator-product.v0.1.2-0.1627931308 to 0.2.0. Any user with gatekeeper-operator-product.v0.1.2-0.1627931308 installed cannot upgrade to future versions of the operator.
