Description of problem:
It does not make sense to take snapshot while the image is still been importing, so the button "Take snapshot" should better be disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. view VM snapshot tab while the image is importing

Actual results:
"Take snapshot" is enabled

Expected results:
"Take snapshot" is disabled
