Description of problem:
Parameter $__auto_interval_period is in Period drop-down list which is not correct

4.10

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in OCP, navigate to Observe -> Dashboard page
2. Click on the dropdown list of Period
3. Verify if the parameter $__auto_interval_period is listed on the dropdown component
4. Update period time to 5m
5. Check if the time period is changed on metrics automatically

Actual results:
2. A parameter $__auto_interval_period is listed on the dropdown component which is unusual
5. The time period on metrics is not changed automatically, after refreshing the page or passing the 'refresh interval' time

Expected results:
2. Parameter $__auto_interval_period should not exist 
5. the time period should refresh to 5m on metric automatically

tested with PR, "API Performance" dashboard, Period field "$__auto_interval_period" is changed to "Auto interval ($__auto_interval_period)"
