In our font, the glyph what we must get with these combinations is available
with the combination:
(any of the above 8 consonant) + (U+0d4d) + (U+0d32). 

for the rest consonants it must be just according to the key sequence.

And for combinations with (U+0d32), ie,not only the above mentioned 8
consonants,but for all,
Any consonant + (U+0d4d) + (U+0d32), it must be just the key sequence.

All the below are working fine in the new font:

U+0D17 U+0D4D U+0D33
U+0D2a U+0D4D U+0D33
U+0D2c U+0D4D U+0D33

U+0D36 U+0D4D U+0D33
U+0D38 U+0D4D U+0D33
U+0D39 U+0D4D U+0D33 

But any consonant + (U+200d)+ (U+0d32) must be according to the key sequence,
but here there is rendering issue

The patch on bug #192934 (attachment id=137177) makes the rendering of 0d32 and
0d33 conjuncts identical to each other and special for 0d32+0d4d+0d32 and
0d33+0d4d+0d33 combinations. 

Thus the issue with 0D33 is solved.

Bug 206431 has been confirmed fixed. This is ready to resolve once the new
package is available.
