+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #2021936 +++

When kubernetes rebases land we vendor changes, but don't pull in new tags. This produces kubelet versioned with a different commit hash but same version.
The problem manifests itself on CI (and thus in OKD) as kubelet version is being updated when ART rebuilds the image
