Doc Text:	Before this update, you could not suspend and resume instances with mediated (mdev) devices, such as vGPUs, because of a known limitation with the Compute service (nova) and the libvirt driver. + This limitation was addressed in the libvirt driver. Now you can suspend and resume instances with mdev devices in RHOSP 16.2, which runs on libvirt 6.0.0 in RHEL 8.4.	Story Points:	---
