Description of problem: I have 2 monitors, one horizontally positioned (the main) and one vertically positioned (the second). I have setup them correctly with the Gnome setting GUI. but in GDM, nothing changed: it is the second one (vertically positioned) with is used and it rotated as you have to turn your head to read it (if I have positioned it vertically, this would have been correct). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gdm-41.0-2.fc35 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use at least 2 monitors, 2. configure them in gnome settings 3. reboot: gdm do not use your configuration Actual results: Wrong monitor layout Expected results: gdm should reuse the user configuration provided with Gnome. Additional info: A way to fix this using the command line: After configuring your screens with Gnome, $ sudo cp ~/.config/monitors.xml /var/lib/gdm/.config $ sudo chown gdm:gdm /var/lib/gdm/.config Reboot
