VDSM is currently requiring abrtd to exist on the system but abrt is not included anymore in RHEL 9 / CentOS Stream 9.

As a temporary workaround I provide abrt within EL9Collection COPR repo but it's not going to work as expected.

We alread have tracked by 2015093, this is not a simple change and will definely take some time to implement
