Introduce support for CentOS 9 Stream.

Verified host can be deployed using oVirt 4.5.0 with CentOS Stream 9 using non UEFI BIOS (due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2081648) once updated  libnl3-3.6.0-2.el9 from https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=18351 (should land on centos stream mirrors soon).

Moving back to modified, after all on CentOS Stream 9 bug #2091581 is not relevant.
For RHEL 9 we'll document how to get the missing package.

This bug has low overall severity and is not going to be further verified by QE. If you believe special care is required, feel free to properly align relevant severity, flags and keywords to raise PM_Score or use one of the Bumps ('PrioBumpField', 'PrioBumpGSS', 'PrioBumpPM', 'PrioBumpQA') in Keywords to raise it's PM_Score above verification threashold (1000).
