unable to discover or connect to iscsi luns using Centos 8 Stream system when reaching the "storage" phase

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install new centos 8 stream system, enable cockpit
2. follow instructions at https://ovirt.org/documentation/installing_ovirt_as_a_self-hosted_engine_using_the_cockpit_web_interface/#Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_hosts_SHE_cockpit_deploy
Actual results:
no iscsi targets/luns discovered, unable to finish installation
Expected results:
lun list should appear and allow user to choose one to install on
Additional info:
looks like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1903567 has resurfaced again.

Sure, and I read that in the release notes.
The main ovirt download page at https://www.ovirt.org/download/ still leads with installing via cockpit though, so some doc updates are probably in order.
