Description of problem:
the graph on the https://console.redhat.com/openshift/subscriptions/openshift-container seems to show the number of nodes instead of the number of cores since the 27th of October for that customer

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
seen on that customer's account

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/subscriptions/openshift-container. 
2. Filter by "SLA Premium"
3. see core count

Actual results:
the count seems to be the count of nodes since the 27th October 2021

Expected results:
the count is the number of cores as expected

Hi Felix, I don't believe this is a cost management issue, but subscription watch. I'm going to change the component for this BZ.

The behavior you are seeing is related to "Recent changes to vCPU calculations". You can see new update in resource center available on the same page (see screenshot attached) https://console.redhat.com/openshift/subscriptions/openshift-container.

Changes to vCPU counting methods made on October 28, 2021, could improve the accuracy of your Red Hat OpenShift usage data.
