Description of problem: When installing Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces Operator (in all-namespace mode) with OperatorHub on OCP, the cluster monitoring checkbox flickers. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): This issue was observed in OpenShift 4.10 and 4.8, did not try OpenShift 4.9. How reproducible: Easily reproducible. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to OperatorHub, search for "CodeReady Workspaces" 2. Click the "Install" button on the "Technical Preview" version Actual results: On the installation screen, the "Enable Operator recommended cluster monitoring on this Namespace" checkbox appears for less than one second, then disappears. Expected results: The "Enable Operator recommended cluster monitoring on this Namespace" checkbox should not appear and disappear. The checkbox should not be shown at all in this case.
