Description of problem:

The install process of the nmstate operator was updated, the suggested namespace was added.
The changes were made here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2018557

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP 4.9
Nmstate version 4.9.0-202111151129

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the cluster
2. Open the UI console and try to install nmstate operator


Actual results:
The suggested namespace was added, but the doc tells to create it manually (See the screenshot)

Expected results:
The doc describes how to use the suggested namespace
