We need to move all related talend files to major version to 4.5.0, update the minimal ETL version, and create the v4_5 views.

ovirt-engine-dwh-4.5.2-1.el8ev.noarch

The 4.5 RPMs passed the package sanity tests (RPM install/upgrade/delete).
The v4_5 views are properly created as verified in bug 2026358.
