Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Package rsyslog-openssl-8.2102.0-6.el8.*.rpm is missing in the repository.

As I see, all other package from rsyslog-8.2102.0-6 have been uploaded but no rsyslog-openssl. I found it in koji : https://koji.mbox.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=20143

How reproducible:
On centos 8 stream, type : dnf install rsyslog rsyslog-openssl

Actual results:
can install rsyslog-openssl-8.2102.0-5 but rsyslog-8.2102.0-6 depend on rsyslog-openssl-8.2102.0-6

Expected results:
The package is found

Looks like this was dropped in the last comps reimport: https://git.centos.org/centos/comps/c/7b25a7b446b511edfa34bb395d942c49abd21b25?branch=master

This package is used by oVirt too

Carl fixed this in https://git.centos.org/centos/comps/c/ad9ea4e5978166928cbda59a7f84bc5f086e5022?branch=master and the next compose will include the package again.

This is not a blocker for RHEL because the bug is specific to CentOS Stream, reassigning to the distribution component until we can get a compose pushed out to the mirrors with the comps fix included.

I am doing a release now (currently in QA CI testing) that fixes this issue.

Moving back to rsyslog as this affects RHEL 8.6 internal compose as well.

This issue is now solved for this package in CentOS Stream 8.
