Description of problem:
When the nsca package is installed, a service definition is not added to the firewalld configuration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nsca-2.10.0-2.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install nsca
2. firewall-cmd --info-service=nsca

Actual results:
Error: INVALID_SERVICE: nsca

Expected results:
nsca
  ports: 5667/tcp
  protocols: 
  source-ports: 
  modules: 
  destination: 
  includes: 
  helpers: 

Additional info:
There is some precedent for other packages defining firewalld services if the service definition isn't included with firewalld.  e.g. munin-node-2.0.66-1.el7.noarch installs /usr/lib/firewalld/services/munin-node.xml
