Description of problem:
Boom has supported optionally expanding Grub2 environment variable references in boot entries since 1.0 however the option is only documented in the tool --help output, and is not mentioned in the manual page.

The tool help output is also too brief to provide any context for when and how the option should be used (for e.g. when cloning and modifying a system boot entry that references the kernel command line as "$kernelopts").

Add a section to the manual page detailing the use of bootloader environment variables and giving examples of how to clone and modify these entries using -E/--expand-variables.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
