Steps to reproduce:
1.Create OCP and deploy ACM operator
2. Create new infraenv 
3. Boot new agent to infraenv
4. Go to 
   Infrastructure environment -> <infraenv name> -> hosts -> 3 dots near to one of the host -> delete host
Actual results:
No question asked immediately deleted
Expected results:
Should show massage "Are you sure you want to delete <host>?"
