I updated the spec file (and source rpm) as you suggested.
I had to fix a minor bug in the library (bad function export). I tagged a new version 2.0.1 and updated the spec file and source rpm to reflect this change. No other changes to the spec file beside the version number. "koji build --scratch f35" passes.
