# dsconf -D "cn=Directory Manager" test  pwpolicy set --pwddictcheck on
Successfully updated global password policy

# dsconf -D "cn=Directory Manager" test pwpolicy get | grep passworddictcheck:
passworddictcheck: on

WebUI then shows the status of "Dictionary check" as ON.
Marking as Verified:Tested.
