Description of problem: We're currently missing the downstream ztp-site-generate-rhel8 4.10 container image build of https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/openshift4/ztp-site-generate-rhel8 so the only option to test is by building the container image from https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/tree/master/ztp/resource-generator

Fix for this issue is merged and the next available build for 4.10 will include the necessary changes. ztp-site-generate-container-v4.10.0-20 this build will include the fix
