Description of the problem: After upgrade from 2.4.0 to 2.4.1 and proper steps to delete a Git application has been made, Git Application and resources are still shown in the UI. The backend shows the correct results. Release version: 2.4.1 GA Operator snapshot version: 2.4.1 GA OCP version: 4.9 Browser Info: Firefox Steps to reproduce: 1.Have a Git Application prepared in ACM 2.4.0 2. Upgrade ACM to 2.4.1 3. Delete Git Application from the UI Actual results: Picture is attached. ``` $ oc get application -n auto-git-upgrade-ns No resources found in auto-git-upgrade-ns namespace ``` Expected results: The application and all relevant resources should be removed from the UI. Verified in 2.4.2. Search API is working and allows us to create and delete apps from the UI. Once deleted, the apps do not show up in the table
