Description of problem:
Failed dependencies occur during install wget package from rhvh optional channel.

[root@dell-perxx-xx ~]# yum install -y wget
Updating Subscription Management repositories.

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests

3. Subscribe to RHVH stage cdn, and enable rhvh-4-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms
4. Yum install wget via CLI


Actual results:
Failed dependencies occur during install wget package.

Expected results:
Package wget can be installed successfully.

This bug not block rhvh 4.4.9-2 GA.

QE will verify this bug when RHVH 4.4.10 is coming.

Bug is fixed with the latest stage CDN, move it to "VERIFIED"
