Description of problem:
 while using multipath devices, the deployment getting failed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 RHCS 5.
 ceph version 16.2.0-143.el8cp


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bootstrapping the storage cluster.
2. Add mon/mgr..etc.
3. Add osd using mpath device.

Actual results:
 - The OSD can be create on multipath device. But here, the deployment getting failed.

Expected results:
 - When using multipath device, the deployment should not failed.
