Looks to be blocked on OpenSSL 3.0.0 like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2021972

This is also required for package hash-slinger in EPEL9, as per BZ2073216

Yes, python-parameterized needs to be built for EPEL 9. See bug 2030642.

python-parameterized has now been build and pushed.  Can this now be completed?
