Description of problem: Current API version for the PerformanceProfile source-cr is v1. It should be v2.

Verified on 4.10. 

[kni ~]$ oc get performanceprofiles.performance.openshift.io openshift-node-performance-profile -o yaml | grep api
apiVersion: performance.openshift.io/v2
