Description Robert Scheck 2021-12-10 01:08:27 UTC
Description of problem:
Please build libwebsockets for EPEL 9, because it's a dependency of the guacamole-server package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libwebsockets-4.2.2-2.fc36

Actual results:
No libwebsockets in EPEL 9.

Expected results:
libwebsockets-4.2.2-2.el9 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 9 branch.

Comment 2 Robert Scheck 2022-01-26 20:58:34 UTC
May I kindly request that we start with a modern libwebsockets 4.3.1 for EPEL 9, please? Yes, it requires rebuilds for Rawhide, but EPEL 9 shouldn't be started with an old version already that requires a rebuild of dependent packages that soon...
