Description of problem:

The 'editing cursor' (the vertical line that indicates the position of the playback) is not updated while playing back audio on Wayland.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

audacity-3.0.2-5.fc35.x86_64

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a audio file
2. play back
3.

Actual results:

the position of the cursor is not being updated while playing.

Expected results:

the cursor is moving while audio playing.

Additional info:

It happens on Wayland. No problem on X.
