Project dropdown in user preferences page is broken

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open user preferences page from dropdown in top-right
2. Open the project dropdown

Actual results:
Dropdown is broken (see attachment)

Expected results:
Dropdown should not be broken

Verified it on 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-23-153012. And it works as expected.
