Description of problem:
python3-geoip2 fails to install.

How reproducible:
N/A

Steps to Reproduce:
$ sudo dnf install python3-geoip2
Last metadata expiration check: 0:01:21 ago on Wed Dec 15 20:10:45 2021.
Error: 
 Problem: package python3-geoip2-4.4.0-1.fc36.noarch requires (python3.10dist(aiohttp) < 4 with python3.10dist(aiohttp) >= 3.6.2), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.10dist(async-timeout) < 4 with python3.10dist(async-timeout) >= 3) needed by python3-aiohttp-3.7.4-3.fc35.x86_64

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-async-timeout/tree/ff75bbc0f2d92cb4c3b8b65131de7de11794aeba essentially broke the whole chain.
