Branding issue - start page

Description of problem:
When I was testing the Expand cluster feature of the Dashboard, I took screenshots for this and noticed that there were branding issues. An example of the same has been attached

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHCS 5.1 

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bootstrap the cluster
2. Launch the dashboard
3. Log in to the dashboard
4. The first screen displays Ceph (But there is an empty box)


Actual results:
An empty box. 

Expected results:
The Red Hat brand should be seen.
